  I am James Nico Barbas, a Senior student at St. Francis National High School. Writing articles or stories, playing musical instruments, drawing, and painting are some hobbies of mine. I've been putting my endeavors into my creations as I do believe that I will be recognized as one of the most popular artists of my time one day. Expressing my artwork to inspire others, exposes the true devils that lie hidden the society.

My favorite thing is to embrace my imagination in any aspect of expressing art.

My vision about arts is to give joy and happiness
to others and to reflect themselves by their personalities, and surpassing reality.

My favorite artist is Vincent Van Gogh because of his melancholic works that always remind me to keep dreaming and shining. Also, he inspired me and I love all his works mostly The Starry Night, I relate so much to the story of Vincent Van Gogh because he was an unrecognized painter in the world but now he is so famous that it's sad to know that when he passed away people only loved him and he became a recognized painter all over the world like me I do not recognize yet but hopefully soon."

My family my aunt weng my siblings my mother and my cousins..

My teachers and classmate I miss, sir Joshua, sir Herdie, sir Manny, maam Maylyn, maam Erlyn and ma'am Korina Because they stood by my parents when I was in Bulacan.

These people have been my guide in all the decisions I make and because of them, I study hard.

I dedicated this poem to who was in the midst of suffering anxiety and depression because of this chaotic world who still trying to shine and to be strong in the depths of darkness and hoping their own light will be brighter than dark.
